All about the Core

This is the 3rd at-home workout installment for busy moms who can’t quite make it to the gym every day! If you haven’t checked out my other two workouts, you can find them here and here.

Today is all about the core. These are some basic movements you can do just using your bodyweight.

At-home workout #3

A.  3 rounds:

30 second plank hold

30 second rest

B. 3 rounds:

30 second side bridge left

30 second rest

30 second side bridge right

30 second rest

C.  3 rounds:

20 Deadbugs (10 each side)

20 flutter kicks
