If you’re like me then you are probably turned off by the thought of doing a “cardio” workout. I always associate that with running or some type of long aerobic style training. Since I do CrossFit, I like workouts that are intense, but that are over quickly! You’ll never catch me on a run “for fun”!

This week’s at-home workout is going to be more of an aerobic style workout, meaning you can move at the same pace throughout, and your heart rate will go up. But it is a quick one so you can get a workout in and still get all of your other tasks done.

You are going to do the following movements:





You will do each movement 10 times, then 9 times, then 8 times, etc. until you do 1 rep of each movement.
