Individualized Training Plan
As a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer I have experience working with many different types of athletes – from those just getting into fitness for the first time, to those who have been training with intensity for a while. One of my passions lies with designing a specific training program for the individuals I work with based on their experience and goals. Every person is unique and no two training plans are alike.
This service is perfect for pregnant or postpartum women! I will design workouts with modifications for your growing belly or to ease back into working out as needed!
5 TRAINING DAYS PER WEEK – $250 PER MONTH
3 TRAINING DAYS PER WEEK – $150 PER MONTH
2 TRAINING DAYS PER WEEK – $100 PER MONTH
